Vennira iravugal which means (White Nights) in Tamil, is a Malaysia movie directed by R.Perakas .
Starring Magen A.K.A Vikadakavi and Sangeetha being the heroine.
This romantic comedy story starts when Sangeetha travels to Myanmar to find Magen who had borrowed swiped all her money for his expenditure when they were still in college.
The story starts in Malaysia, continued to Singapore and ends in Myanmar where both of them met each other in a same college. Magen is a happy-go-lucky guy and never thought of any problems he would face. His objective is to live right this second and not think about the past or the future.
Magen, a rich irresponsible boy started to show love on Sangeetha, a fresher. Sangeetha soon was mesmerised by Magen and confessed her love to him after so much of time spent together.
Magen declined saying love is nothing but just a drama with unnecessary emotions. He went away with all her money giving her a guarantee statement saying that all the dept will be settled in 2 years time. There is where Sangeetha goes to Myanmar to find the person she didn’t wanted to see for the rest of her life.
The turning point of the story is at Myanmar when Magen takes her all around Myanmar while visiting a lot of people in the name of collecting money.
The twist here is, that Magen knew she is going to find him one day, so Magen pretends that he is asking money for help to few people in Myanmar but actually he is giving his own money via others. She gets to know the truth and cancels her engagement and planned her next trip to Myanmar again.
The story has many values that is worth knowing about Love and Life. This movie has opened my eyes on how I should see love.
Overall, I would give this movie a 12 out of 10 and I’m going to continue supporting the local movie industry.
